THEFT OF PLANS.
'.UNITED STATES OFFICIALS ALARMED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 14, 10 p.m. Washington, May 14. The Navy Department has issued a -statement regarding the loss of uncompleted plana of the electric wiring of the new battleship Pennsylvania during the celebrations of the Presidential inauguration. The officials declare the plans are valueless, but are alarmed be-cause-similar thefts have been frequent recently.
