Tlie :Standard's Hague correspondent .says that the German Minister is pressing Holland to relinquish her rights to ■a small strip of the foreshore, to enable the Dntdh A-ulcan Company, controlled by the Thyssens Coal and Iron Company, on the Rhine, to establish a private harbor and works beside the new waterway between the North Sea and Rotterdam. The project is considered to be fraught with sinister possibilities.
