CANTERBURY JOCKEY- CLUB. By Telegraph—Press Association. Ghristchurch, Wednesday. The Canterbury Jockey Club refused C. Price's application to 'have the remainder of his term of disqualification, removed. It was decided to increase the stakes for the Grand National Meeting by £5)80, making a total of £7700. The scale of penalties for the National Steeplechase and Hurdles and the Winter Cup, was revised. No alterations were made in the conditions of the New Zealand Cup.
