The Chief of Poliee has received a warning from abroad that it is intended to make an attempt on the Kaiser's life at Karlsruhe. The police at Karlsruhe have been informed, but no importance is attached to the incident. The fact that the Kaiser motored to Karlsruhe, instead of going by train, is ascribed to the fine weather.
