THE ARMY INCREASE. By Cable—Presß Association—Copyright. Received 30, 11.50 p.m. Beriln, April 30. The Budget Committee adopted the army increase. Herr von Jagow, in reply to the Socialists, said that Belgium's neutrality guaranteed international agreement to .•which Germany for fortythree years had proved faithful. She desired peace, especially with France, but there was a feeling that there was a danger of a possibility of attack from France still existing.
