—— ■ - THE ATHLETIC AND CYCLING: ' UNION. Fer Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. The dispute between the North Canterbury Centre of the Xew Zealand Athletic and Cycling Union and the Canterbury Cycling and Sports Association lias been settled. It was announced at a ■ ' meeting convened by the president-df' .-' the union last night that the union's ': " disqualification of Messrs. Walter,''dealings, Poison and Bevell would be -re- ' moved, and there was now no ohaj&ole to prevent the two bodies camirfning and continuing the government of. the sport under the union's jurigdwtion. It was decided that each body; rtouJtf control its own fixtures already announced, till the first Wednesday in July, when they will work under the centre.
