Mr. P. A. Hadley is.in-New-Plymouth making preliminary arrangements fdr recommencing work at the bore on the Carnngton road, which thte E. - Hhdley . Company has purchased from the Stan-* dard Oil Company. Wh*n,wftrk oeosed, the bore was down to a depth of 3348 feet in good cotmtry. The company' in* tends to drill ait least 480 ft ffiet, but It is expected that a good well will'be obtained after f«iw to..five, hundred feet, more have been drilled:
