As a sequel to the railway strike, summonses have been issued against fifty Darling llarbor railway porters for alleged breaches of the Industrial Act. STRIKE PAY. Sydney, April 22. It is understood that there, will be a distribution of strike pay in connection with the Southern Coal -Miners' Union at the end of this week. Cases are reported where traders have slopped all credit, resulting in families having little or nothing to live on.

Mr. Carmichael to-morrow will confen with representatives of the northern and southern miners and coal lumpers.
