Mr. Lnnsbury and .Mrs. Drummond have been remanded on charges of incitement to outrages. Two suffragettes hoisted flags on the Fife monument, inscribed " Death or Liberty," and scattered leaflets. They took refuge in a house and bolted the door. The police broke down the door and arrested them. A large force of police protected the suffragettes from a huge and threatening crowd, who shouted: "Duck them in the Thames." After sheltering in the police station for some hours they Were released.
THE DUDLEY CASTLE OUTRAGE,
EXPLOSIVES AT A RAILWAY STATION.

Some youths have, confessed to the Dudley Castle outrage, which was attributed to the suffragettes. Several witnesses identified two suffragettes in Holloway prison as the perpetrators of the Englelield Green outrage. A canister of gunpowder, surrounded by inflammable material and burning candles, was found at Aberdeen railway station. It is supposed to be the work of suffragettes.
A WICKED THREAT.
Received 2(1, 5.5 p.m. London, April 19.
A bomb was placed on the steps of Smcaton Tower. Plymouth. It contained half a pound of gunpowder. A wick had been lighted, but the wind extinguished it. An inscription was attached: "Votes for women, or death in ten minutes for twelve thousand."
