Lvsimr. of Gisborne, who has almost completed his tour of New Zealand in the interests of the New Zealand Producers' Association, nrrived at Masterton to-nisrht. He states that he is Mtnspiine of the success of the move- "* ment to divert the Xe\y Zealand produce 1 trade from London to West Const ports, and to form a Bristol and Dominions Produce Association, to receive and market produce through new channels. Nearly 4000 shares of the minimum of 10-.OOfl shares required have, been applied for in the Canterbury district alone, and about 1200 sharea have been applied for in Masterton and Wairarapa. Mr. Lysnar anticipates that tlie required number of shares will be applied for at an earlv date, when steps will be taken hv cable to register the Association in England. Advisory committees will then be set up in each agricultural centre, representing dairy produce and other produce separately,, and these will confer with Mr. Lysnar and Mr. Hull, to decide upon the baste of future operations. .
