RUSSIAN OFFICER'S SUICIDE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 15, 10.25 p.m. St. Petersburg, April 15. Major-General Defoshinsky committed suicide with a revolver in the office of the general staff. There is no clue to his reason for the act.
