Mr. Peaces Plural Voting Bill prevents an offender holding public office or voting far seven years. The Manchester Guardian considers Mr. Pease's Bill unsatisfactory, as it does not require electors to register for only one constituency, and gives them liberty as well to select at the last moment the place of registration. A REDISTRIBUTION BILL. London, April !). Sir H. Kimber, Unionist member for Wandsworth, has introduced a Redistribution Bill, which provides that every constituency containing upwards of 05.000 inhabitants shall have one member. with an additional member for every complete 65.000.
