ALLEGED BURGLARY. By Telegraph—Prcs3 Association. Wellington, Wednesday. Glyn Ivor Hazel, a young man, was arrested yesterday on two charges of breaking and entering shops at Levin and Masterton and stealing a quantity of goods. He was to-day brought before the Court and remanded till the 16th inst. OUTBREAK OF TYPHOID. Gisborne, Wednesday. Typhoid fever is prevalent amongst the Maoris in the Waipu County and hospital camps have been established. Nearly every ease can be traced to Manutuke. ANTI-MILITARISTS IN TROUBLE. Christchurch, Wednesday. Two anti-militarists who defied the I police by speaking from the clock tower on Saturday night were fined respectively £3 and £3 to-day for obstructing the traffic.
