WELSH YTCAR'S EXPLOIT. A DRAMATIC SPECTACLE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, April 7. The Rev. Sidney Jones, rector of Newmarket, Flintshire, burnt the Disestablishment Bill in the presence of his parishioners, and intimated his intention similarly to burn the Rill on the steps of St. Paul's Cathedral on Thursday. The authorities at St. Paul's declare they will not allow him to do so.
