THE ACOMMODATION QUESTION. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington.' Friday. At the Shearers' Conference to-tin v it was resolved to recommend the "Minister of Labor to appoint inspectors other than the police under the Accommodation Act. preferably men who had been employed in the industry. Tt was decided that a mandate bo issued to members instructing them to refrain from engaging pens in contract sheds, viz., sheds run by contractors, and that a cable he sent to the Australian Workers' fnion notifying Australian shearers of the 'resolution.
