For United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, West Indies, Central America, United States oi America and Canada (via San Fracisco). Honolulu, Tahiti and Rarotonga. at 12.20 p.m. (Correspondence for Continent of Europe must be specially addressed "via 'Frisco"). Due London April 28. (Money Orders close 4 p.m. Wednesday for United States of America and Canada). The s.s. Ulimaroa will leave Wellington for Sydney on Thursday, the 20th inst., instead of on the following day, good Friday. The Australian mails will consequently close here on Wednesday, the 19th inst., one day earlier than usual. Unless otherwise specified, Money Orders and registered letters close onehour before the ordinary nail, EASTER HOLIDAYS. The Post Office will observe the undermentioned holidays:— Good Friday, March 21, will be observed as a Sunday. On Easter Monday, March 24, the Post Office will be open to the public in all branches, except Money Order and Sayings Bank, from (I a.m. 'to 10 a.m. only. Clearances —On the evening of Thurs, day, the 20th. and Saturday, the 22nd, all receivers and posting-boxes will be cleared. Mails—Mails usually despatched on Friday will be closed on Thursday night, March 20. at S o'clock. On Monday, March 24, all mails which usually close later than f!.15 a.m. will close at 8 a.m. Receivers and postingltoxes will be cleared accordingly. Letter-carriers' deliveries—On Easier Monday no delivery by carrier will be made. ' On Thursday, 'the 20th. full deliveries will be made, as on other weekdays.
