CHARGES OF «RAGGING." By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Mr. J. G. Harp, the publication of whose letter in a Hamilton paper resulted in an enquiry into the alleged maltreatment of hoys on the Araokura. interviewed tiie Minister of Marine to-day, and asked for the assistance of counsel. This was refused, but lie was assured that he could visit the ship and would be afforded every facility in connectionwith the enquiry. His evidence will be taken to-morrow evening. Mr. Campbell, late second officeT of the Amokura, will arrive from the north to-morrow, and will he examined. The enquiry is unlikely to conclude before the end of the week.
