The Frankfurter Zcitung has published an Uskub telegram accusing tue Servians of shooting 300 Albanians at Priz-rc-nd without trial. RUSSIA AND AUSTRIA. RELATIONS STILL STRAINED. Vienna. March 14. Angry feeling has been aroused over the alleged Russian interpolation "in the identical Xote that Austria cherishes no ideas of aggression against her southern neighbors. The Russian Government asserts; that the Austrian Ambassador assented to the inclusion of the interpolation. The Rcichpost reports that the Servians at Durazzo burned several villages, and twenty women and children perished. St. Petersburg, March 14. The press unfavorably criticises the demobilisation, and declares that it will' enable Austria to impose her will on the Allies. The Novoe Vremya violently denounces the stupefying confidence displayed. A BULGAIUAN DEFEAT. Constantinople. March 14. A fierce hut unsuccessful attack was made south of Adrianople on Thursday.
