Fisher stated to a Herald representative yesterday that he had no intention of suggesting that the experts (to whom he considers the control of important municipal enterprises should be entrusted) should be appointed by the (Jovernment. He said that Mr. Parr evidently misunderstood his remarks, perhaps because, he had not made his j meaning clear.
