ABANDONED HIS WOUNDED. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Paris, March 7. The newspaper Hiimaiiite alleges that during the operations in Morocco General Kranchet Desprey ordered a surgeonmajor to finish the wounded because they retarded the French progress. The surgeon refused, lUid General Desprcv abandoned the wounded to the care of ten alpine chasseurs. All were murdered by Moors. General Lyautey imprisoned General Desprey for thirty days.
