The Reichstag debated Lever Bros.' Liberian agreement. The Government announces that it liad protested against the concession as contrary to the German Liberial commercial agreement. Liberia replied that the Legislature had not given the necessary sanction. If the contingency arose, German's treaty rights would be protected. A DISASTROUS COLLISION. Berlin, March 5.
