HEALTH DEPARTMENT'S RESOLULUTION not wanted. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. At the Wellington Licensing Committee meeting to-day the Health Department forwarded resolutions passed by the recent conference in Wellington, recommending as a.means of assisting the prevention of tuberculosis the periodical cleansing of hotels. The Department suggested that the Committee should make it a condition 111 the granting of a license, that, in addition to the ordinary daily cleansing, all bedrooms should be thoroughly -'spring-cleaned" at least once a month. The chairman of the committee pointed out that the Committee could not make such conditions as suggested.
