HOME RULE
1 CAUSTIC CRITICISM. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 3. 11.10 p.m. London, March 3. A meeting of the. All-for-Ircland League, at Cork, adopted by acelama- i tion a resolution moved by Lord Dunraven, seconded by Mr. O'Brien and supported by Mr. T. Healy, declaring that it was the Government's duty to convene a conference of all parties in the United Kingdom to effect a settlement of the self-government of Ireland by consent. Mr. O'Brien described the Home Rule Bill as "rotten, beggarly and unworkable, giving not a Crattan Parliament but a Molly Maguire shebeen house." It left Ireland financially worse oil than the Council's Bill.
