The grand parade will marshal at 1.30 p.m., and it is certain that, with the liae weather that appears assured, a record crowd will gather around the ring to view the annual nweh round of the kings and queens of the cattle world, as well pa the walk past of the equine exhibits. from the stately draught to the prancing pony. There will indeed be much to interest all and sundry. For those in search of knowledge or information, there are visits to the pens or to the machinery exhibits in the morning, and to those out for amusement visits to the side shows. Ring events will be tn progress also all the morning, and in the afternoon after the grand parade there will be competitions in which horses from all over the North rsi and will compete. The hunters' champion hunting competition, not less than 12 stone up, for the Heather Blend Cup has alone drawn a field of thirty competitors. Other events have drawn in proportion, so there should be no lack of excitement.
