SENSATIONAL TRAGEDY. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Received 24. 0.20 p.m. Mexico City, February 23. The deposed President Madero and Vice-President Runrez were killed en route to- the National Palace penitentiary at midnight. An official report says that they were killed in*a fight between the guards and assailants who were attempting their liberation. An investigation is promised.
