Medpidieh and several destroyers are reconnoitring in the Aegean Sea. • PURSUING THE BULGARIANS.
Received 21. 10.20 p.m. Constantinople, February 21. The Turkish advance guards at Chataldja followed the Bulgarians for fifteen miles. The Turks are living in holes, roofed in with canvas, and feeding on soup and gruel. There is little disease.
A EUROPEAN SANCTUARY.

Constantinople. February 21. The Governor of Adrianople has offered the Karagatch quarter, on the right of Maritza, as a sanctuary for Europeans. It is doubtful whether the Bulgarians will assent.
