BOUNDARIES DISPUTE. London, February 10. The conference of Ambassadors failed to reconcile Austria's views with those of Russia regarding the Albanian boundaries. It is hoped, nevertheless, that influences outside tile conference will find a solution of what is described as a difficult and serious situation. THE HAMIDIEH SHADOWED. Malta, February 10. It is officially stated that 10,000 Montenegrins engaged in attacking Tarabosch and Barditza have been routed, leaving three thousand dead artd wounded and six guns. CRUISER STRIKES A MINE. Received IT. 5.5 p.m. Sofia. February 16. The wreck of the cruiser A-sar-i-Tewfik was due to a Bulgarian mine. A Bulgarian mining detachment destroyed her. THE PARTITION OF TURKEY. ROUMANIA THREATENING. Received 17, 11.In p.m. London, February 17. It is stated in diplomatic circles that Austria consider;* that Albania should include Scutari, Ipek, Prisrend, Diakova. Dibra, Konttza and Janina. It is emphasised that of a total of 1.200,000 Albanians one-third are outside the frontiers, and no Slavs inside. The Daily Chronicle says that Roumania has informed the Powers that in view of the unsatisfactory progre*- of the Slav negotiations, she might be obliged to have recourse to military measures.
