Received 14, 9.50 p.m. Charleston, February 14. The striking miners marched to the State capital, demanding redress of their grievances. The Legislature is enraged. considering the demonstration to be due to election bribery and scandal. It refused a heaving. The police had a struggle with the demonstrators, and scores of arrests were made. The district is still under martial law.
