I HAMILTON SESSIONS. (Per Press Association). Hamilton, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day Arthur Winter Ludgreen. on several charges of theft, was sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment on each of three charges, concurrent, and reformative treatment - for three years. A native, for theft of monies, was acquitted. In divorce decrees nisi were granted to Flora Smith and Kennedy Smith, desertion, and Thos. Frewin v. Minnie Frewin. PALMERSTON NORTH SESSIONS. Hanmera ' Rewhiti, charged with attempting to shoot his wife, near Dannevirkc, was found guilty of common assaidt and admitted to probation. Albert Henry Light, a piano agent. ■ charged with fradulently failing to nc- ' count for fIS to a person for whom lie sold a .piano, was convicted and admitted to probation for twelve months, and ordered to pay the fIS and 10 -euinoas costs.
