Mr. Redmond would represent statecraft, generositv and goodwill. THE DISESTABLISHMENT BTLL. BEFORE THE LORDS. Received 13. 12.30 a.m. London, February 12. Tn the House of Lords Earl Beauchamp moved the second reading of the Disestablishment Bill. Lord Kenyon moved its rejection. The Bishop of St. Asaph stated that after the death of the present holders, his cathedral would be left without a penny to pay the dean or the canons or the choir. The income would go to colleges endowed already with £40,000 from the public funds.
