A DIFFERENT STORY. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Washington, February 11. Scnhor Lascurin, the Mexican Foreign Minister, telegraphs to the Embassy that Madero still holds the capital. The rebels have merely captured the arsenal. Fighting is momentarily expected. FURTHER FIGHTING. MADERO'S PARTI" REPULSED. Received 12, 0.50 p.m. Mexico City, February 12. The libels are >till holding the arsenal. The heavy artillery has been moved into position in order to shell the President's palace. There have been numerous disaffeetions from President Madero. Street fighting continues. Foreigners took refuge in the American Embassy. The Maderoists attacked the arsenal, and were repulsed after a brisk engagement. Flying bullets were everywhere. Mr. Lloyod Osborne, the author, was shot in the thigh which watching the fight.
