EMPIRE PICTURE PALACE. A series of extra special attractions are included on (lie new programme shewing at the Empire this afternoon and tonight. Of chief loeal interest is the {Treat Taranaki advertisement. "Modern Method's of Cheese-Making." Taranaki. New Zealand. Then there is the great Milano masterpiece. "Saint George and the Dragon,"' and a beautiful portrayal of the charming verses by Rose ITai-twiek Thorpe, "Curfew Shall' Not Ring Tonight." Another subject of special educational interest is a fine film showing "Work in the U.S.A. Arsenal," and the seenics and comedy films are all firstclass productions. THEATRE ROYAL PICTURES.
