VENAL OFFICIALS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. New York, February 6. At San Francisco, the officials of the Western Fuel Company have been arrested, charged with Customs frauds. They overcharged, with the connivance of the Customs ollicials. duties on Australian coal, in order to enable the company to get a larger refund than was allowed when tbe coal was used on American ships.
