Three small Wellington boys, one aged nine and the other two aged eight, were , arrested on Saturday on charges of breaking into several shops in Willis and Manners street. As far as is known, only articles of small value, such as cigarettes, fruit, etc., were taken. EXPORT OF GOLD AND SILVER. j Wellington, Monday. During last month, New Zealand exported 30,942 ounces of gold of the va--1 lue of £124,903. which was 4933 ounoes of the value of £19,10)4, less than in January last year. The export of silver j last month was 133,385 ounces, of the i value of £13.074. being 123,921 ounces of the value of £12,728, above the figures | for January, 1912. 4
