Mails will close (subject to alterations) at the Chief Post Office, New Plymouth, as under:— For Auckland and North, per steamer, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, at 7 p.m.; and daily, per train, "at 6.15 a.m. For Wellington and South, daily, at C.15 a.m. and 12.20 p.m. For Wanganui and intermediate offices, daily, at fi.l3 a.m.. 12.20 and 3.55 p.m. THURSDAY, FEBRUAKY 6. For Australian States, South Africa, India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements, Continent of Europe and United Kingdom, at 12.20 p.m. (Due Sydney February 11, Colombo February 26,' London March 14). FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7. For Tasmania, via Bluff, at 6.15 am MONDAY, FEBRUARY 10. For Australian States and South Africa, per train, at 6.15 a.m., connecting with s.s. Makura at Auckland.
