Colonial Nutter Committee cabled to their principals as follows—"Sir George Reid refuses to cable the committee commentary on the reports. He offers to mail it without endorsement, lie admits that Hie report was prepared for him, but declines to give the writer's name to substantiate the charges. The butter agents are arranging to interview Sir George to repudiate the general misstatements."
