The committal order emphasises that Dr. Clark and Mrs. Fulham arranged the details of the attack. Dr. Clark's return to the house preceded the murder. He had prearranged a visit to Mrs. Fulha ill's house, to which he immediately after the murder. The Magistrate adds that Dr. Clark, Mrs. Fulliam and Budhn were not charged regarding the poisoning. Despite good prima facie evidence of poison. it was doubtful whether the point could he tried jointly with the circumstances leading to the actual attack.
