WHOLESALE ARRESTS. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright. Received 18, 12.20 a.m. Berlin, January 17. A youth named Worg has been sentenced to four gears' imprisonment for attempting to sell to France plans and information of Strasburg's defence. A civilian soldier has been arrested at Dantzig for attempting to sell France the lock of a military carbine. Another civilian has been arrested at Ostrowo on a charge of espionage. St. Petersburg, January 17. A cavalry captain has been arrested at Sosnowice for espionage in German interests.
