Dr. Sprot. reporting to the Hoard of Health, says lie has verified many of the grave digger's statement-, more particularly regarding the inability to replace coffins after a fresh burial, ann has no hesitation in saying that the method of disposing of the dead filled him with horror and amazement. It was a real danger to public health.
