ATTEMPTED MURDER.
A NELSON CASE. By Telegraph—Press Association. ' Nelson, January 6. The Magistrate's Court was occupied all day with the preliminary hearing of a charge against Robert Alfred Schwass, of attempting to murder his wife at Richmond, on December 19. The evidence for the prosecution was unfinished when the court adjourned.
