January G. The English m< ferologist. Dr. Douglas Archibald, has arrived. He predicts the beginning of a general drought aliout, 1920. which will probably be severe. The prediction is based on Professor Bruckner's discovery of alternate cycles of wet and dry weather in waves of 35 \ ears' duration each.
