The Constantinople correspondent of the Frankfurter Zeitung states that the Crown Prince of Greece required the Ottoman Bank at Salonika to hold at bis disposal the revenues of the Ottoman public debt, explaining that he claimed the surplus as booty. The Public Debt Commission,is protesting.
PREPARING FOR WAR. , Vienna, January 2. There is great military activity in Turkey. Over six thousand fresh troops are camped in the vicinity of Constantinople. Large naval orders for ammunition have been placed in Germahv.
AN ENGLISHMAN* KILLED. Athens, January 2. (Mr. Palmer Newbould, a member of the Balkans Committee, lias been killed while fighting at Bizani as a volunteer.
THE AMBASSADORS' CONFERENCE. ALBANIAN AUTONOMY. Receivel January 3, 10.35 p.m. London. January 3. The Ambassadors' conference has resumed. In consequence of the conference reorganising the principle of Albanian autonomy, three Albanian delegates have arrived to arrange the details.
