ATTACKING A DEAD MAN'. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Berlin. January I. The Cologne Gazette makes a bitter attack on the late Herr Von KidcrlenWaechter for refusing to use the press. It is believed the attack is inspired by officials of the Foreign Office press bureau, who were irritated by Ilerr Yon Kiderlen-Waechter's disavowal of the anti-British material which flooded the press during the construction of the Supplementary Naval Bill.
