A WANG V ANUI RUFFIAN. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wangamii, Saturday. Yesterday afternoon, as a young lady was walking up St. John's llill a man used insulting language to her. He subsequently decoyed a girl of about eight years into a reserve, but fo.tunatelv a serious crime was prevented by several ladies appearing on the scene. They threatened to horsewhip the man, who decamped. The police have not succeeded in tracing him.
