To the Editor. Sir,—May I have a small portion of your space to draw the attention of the ''powers that be" to the absence of a pillar-box at the Breakwater. This would, be a very great convenience to many seafaring men, who now have to go up as far as the freezing works to post letters, or entrust them to friends that may be working about the breakwater. As these pillar boxes are now placed almost everywhere in the town lor convenience of townspeople, I hope "Jack at sea" will not be forgotten.I am, etc., BOOSTER KILL,
