As he never returned search parties were out all day Sunday and yesterday morning, when his body was discovered in the bush about two miles from bis residence, with a wound in the region of the heart, evidently indicted by a butcher's knife, which was found alongside the body. An inquest was held yesterday afternoon before Mr. J. Foreman, ActingCoroner, and a verdict of suicide whilst temporarily Insane was returned. The evidence showed that deceased had had a severe illness some two years ago, and since then had been intermittently strange in his manner. He leaves a wife and a large family.
