The Daily Mail states that Delay, the solicitor who committed suicide at New Quay after the disappearance of Mrs. No will, on returning to England, led a double life. He became' acquainted with Mrs. Young in 1010, and until she wrote that she was going away, her husband •was not aware of the co-respondent's existence. Yielding to his wife's wish.. Leonard Young agreed to commence divorce proceedings. He was only aware that Arthur Daly was co-respondent, and lie did not know Daly's occupation, or address. Delay used different solicitors to transact business in both names. He only once saw the solicitor whom he employed in the divorce proceedings, and took humble lodgings for receiving the court's citation. Friends of his family and his fan i'v solicitor were not aware of the (livoive suit. After his marriage in New York Delay settled £IO,OOO on his wife. Delay (net Mr. and Mrs. No will while travelling about the time Mrs. Young left her husband. DELAY'S PAST. London, December 9. Delay was co-respondent- in the divorce case, Young v. Young and Daly. His friends, relations and solicitors never knew that he had been concerned in a divorce case under the assumed name of Arthur Daly.
