The Daily Mail states that Delay, the solicitor who committed suicide at New Quay after the disappearance of Mrs. No will, on returning to England, led a double life. He only once saw the solicitor whom he employed in the divorce proceedings, and took humble lodgings for receiving the court's citation. Friends of his family and his fan i'v solicitor were not aware of the (livoive suit. After his marriage in New York Delay settled £IO,OOO on his wife. His friends, relations and solicitors never knew that he had been concerned in a divorce case under the assumed name of Arthur Daly.
