It is rumoured 'that the conduct of several members of th;i Anstn.iian eleven recently to'iring England was extremely bad. The Sun newspaper alleges that the team as a whole was compelled to suffer for the delinifn: nciis of a few, and to all intents and purposes were socially ostracised. The Sun adds that the report of Mr. Crouch, the manager, will be considered by the Board of Control in a few days, and that Mr. Crouch states that while the conduct of the team as a I whole called for nothing but complimentary comment, the misdeeds of a few wee .such as to induce, him to ask the Board ■to consider whether the selectors in fu-jturo-should not consider something else I besides their playing ability when svleetling a team.
