A conference, between a Parliamentary committee and the Trade Union Congress Management Committee of the General Federation and Labor Party's executive, expressed dissatisfaction at the non-reversal of the Osborne Judgment. It was decided not to accept the Reduction Bill in its present form, but to continue an entire Labor movement to decide the final attitude of the Labor Party.
