FIRE ON A STEAMER. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. A fire was discovered in the bunkers of the s.s. Waiweni on Tuesday evening, and though it was not completely suppressed until Wednesday evening it was thought that only trilling damage had been done. Some of the insulation of the refrigerated space was damaged, and it is estimated that the cost of repairs will run into several hundred pounds. The fire is supposed to have been due to spontaneus combustion. The chief engineer was badly burned about the hands and arms, and is receiving medical attention-
